11.6.3. Installation

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

At installation use a new lock ring for fastening of an end face of an entrance shaft of a transmission and new laying for a cover in a transmission end face.


Arrangement of the clip established on vyzhimny a disk of coupling before installation of coupling

Use of the tool made independently for moving of an entrance shaft of a transmission in a disk of coupling

Arrangement of a label of combination of coupling on a flywheel on models of 1,6 l

Combination of labels on a casing of coupling and a flywheel on model 2,0

Tightening of a bolt of fastening of a leading part of coupling to a flywheel

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The new knot of coupling is compressed by the clips established at plant. In the absence of clips fix coupling knot in a vice with soft sponges and establish clips which were used at coupling removal (see fig. An arrangement of the clip established on vyzhimny a disk of coupling before installation of coupling).
2. Check that on an overlay of a disk of coupling and a surface of a press disk and a flywheel oil or other greasing did not get. Wipe a surface of a flywheel and a press disk pure rags, and installation of coupling make clean hands.
3. Grease shlitsa of a nave of a disk of coupling with a thin layer of greasing on the basis of a molybdenum disulfide. Establish a coupling disk on a flywheel, thus a smaller ledge of a nave of a disk of coupling it should be directed to a flywheel. Press a coupling disk to a flywheel and establish a leading part of coupling.
4. Move an entrance shaft of a transmission into a nave of a disk of coupling, thus the forward end of a shaft should enter into the bearing in an end face of a cranked shaft. When moving primary shaft of a transmission do not use a hammer or a kiyanka as it can lead to transmission damage. If manually it is impossible to move an entrance shaft of a transmission, use for this purpose the No. KM-564 special tool. It is also possible to use the tool which is made independently and being used at removal of a shaft (see fig. Use of the tool made independently for moving of an entrance shaft of a transmission in a disk of coupling).
5. After installation of an entrance shaft in a disk of coupling turn a leading part of coupling so that the label on a flywheel was combined with a groove in a coupling casing. Screw in and gradually in diagonal sequence tighten six bolts of fastening of a leading part of coupling to a flywheel (see fig. For screwing up of bolts of fastening of a leading part of coupling to a flywheel, a wrench for a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft, turn a cranked shaft for consecutive access to fastening bolts. Tighten all bolts of fastening the demanded moment.
6. After pressing the assistant to a pedal of coupling remove three clips from a leading part of coupling. For removal of clips consistently turn a cranked shaft a wrench for a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft.
7. After removal of clips the assistant should release a coupling pedal.
8. Screw in a bolt in an end face of an entrance shaft of a transmission, then establish a new lock ring.
9. With new laying establish in a transmission end face a cover and fix bolts, having tightened them the demanded moment. Check correctness of installation of the bolt, grounding fixing the tire.
10. Establish on a transmission the tire of grounding and fix a nut.
11. Establish a protective plate on the basis of a case of coupling and fix bolts. At existence establish a wheel arch. On models with DOHC engines establish an engine mudguard.
12. Establish a wheel, then lower the car on the earth and finally tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel. At existence establish on a wheel a cap.
13. Check and, if necessary, adjust a coupling cable.
14. Check oil level in a transmission and, if necessary, finish it to norm.
