2.9.1. Removal

GENERAL INFORMATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. Remove a cowl.
2. Tighten the hand brake, then lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports.
3. Merge cooling liquid from system of cooling and remove hoses from a radiator, and on models with an automatic transmission also remove hoses from the heat exchanger.
4. Merge engine oil and unscrew the oil filter.
5. Remove the air filter, airpro-waters, the block of a heater of the carburetor or the throttle case depending on model. On models with the carburetor remove a branch pipe of supply of warmed-up air from an inlet collector to the carburetor. On models with an automatic transmission disconnect from the carburetor additional electric sockets and hoses.
6. Remove the generator.
7. On models with the amplifier of a steering remove the pump.
8. Disconnect from an inlet collector a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
9. Disconnect an accelerator cable from the lever of a butterfly valve and a cable cover from an arm on the carburetor or an inlet collector depending on model.
10. On models with the carburetor disconnect hoses of supply of cooling liquid from the case of an automatic air zaslonka. Disconnect electric sockets from a heater of an automatic air zaslonka and I will corrode from a winding of a zaslonka of system of advance. Disconnect a vacuum tube of the block of a heater from the carburetor.
11. Disconnect from the carburetor a vacuum tube of the sensor of pressure.
12. Remove hoses of supply of cooling liquid from an inlet collector or the throttle case depending on model.
13. Disconnect fuel hoses from the fuel pump and a steam separator on models with the carburetor or from топливоп роводов on the right side of a motor compartment on other models. Close the ends of tubes and hoses the corresponding jams.
14. Disconnect electroconducting and sockets and remove a plait of wires of system of injection of fuel. Release clamps of electric sockets of fuel nozzles and, having pulled for a casing of a plait of wires, remove it from fuel nozzles.
15. Disconnect hoses of supply of cooling liquid to a heater from the union in a back part of the block of cylinders
16. Disconnect electric sockets from the following sensors and knots:
— starter;
— ignition distributor;
— sensor of pressure of oil;
— sensor of temperature of oil;
— sensor of the top dead point;
— sensor of level of oil;
— detonation sensor;
— the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid;
— sensor of the index of temperature of the engine.
17. In summary check that all hoses, pipes and electric sockets are disconnected from the engine.
18. Working in a motor compartment, remove the mechanism of a choice of transfers (see the corresponding description in section 12 or in section 13).
19. On models with a mechanical transmission remove a bracket of fastening and remove a coupling cable from the squeezing lever, and, if necessary, move squeezing the lever to a partition for simplification of removal of a cable. On models with an automatic transmission disconnect a switching cable from the selector lever, then or unscrew an arm of fastening of a cable or take a cable from an arm. Move a management cable aside and fix it.
20. Disconnect the electric socket from the switch of lamps of a backing which is located from the forward party of a case of a transmission over the left arm of fastening. On models with an automatic transmission disconnect five electric sockets from switches of electromagnetic windings and sensors and release electroconducting from fastening brackets.
21. On models with an automatic transmission take a hose of ventilation of a case of a transmission from under an arm of fastening of the accumulator. Disconnect the electric socket from the oxygen sensor.
22. Unscrew the plug of fastening and disconnect a cable of a drive of a speedometer from a transmission.
23. Unscrew a nut and disconnect the grounding tire from a transmission.
24. Check that any elements interfering removal of the engine are removed or disconnected.
25. Remove a reception exhaust pipe.
26. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft. The pulley of a cranked shaft can fasten four bolts or one central bolt which the pulley of a gear belt also fixes. For prevention of a provorachivaniye of a cranked shaft it is necessary, that the assistant included any transfer and pressed a brake. On models with an automatic transmission unscrew one of bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer and, using the steel core inserted through an opening under a bolt, block a drive plate.
27. Access to a pulley of a cranked shaft is most convenient from under an arch of the right forward wheel after wheel removal.
28. Disconnect the internal ends of power shafts from a transmission (see the corresponding description in section 14). At a detachment of power shafts leakage of oil from a transmission therefore it is necessary to use to a sootvetstvo the yushchy container is possible and to close openings for power shafts jams. Using a soft wire, adhere the internal ends of power shafts to a body.
29. Hook on the engine captures of the load-lifting mechanism and raise so that the weight of the engine was perceived by the load-lifting mechanism.
30. Remove the left arm of fastening of a transmission for what unscrew two bolts, fixing a rubber pillow to a body and three bolts, fixing an arm to a transmission see fig. Arrangement of the left arm of fastening of a transmission).
31. Unscrew the right arm of fastening of the power unit from a body of the car and the block of cylinders and take it from under the car.
32. Working under the car, unscrew two nuts, fixing back fastenings of the power unit to the bottom frame (see fig. An arrangement of nuts of fastening of a back arm of the power unit to the bottom frame) and three bolts, fastenings fixing an arm to a transmission also take an arm (see fig. An arrangement of bolts of fastening of a back arm of the power unit to a transmission).
33. Being careful, turning and inclining in the parties, take the power unit from a motor compartment.
