Use of a shaft of a drill for check of a gap of moving

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove from the top part карбюрато ра the air filter or the air chamber.
2. Note the provision of adjusting labels of a bimetallic casing, and at their absence put labels which are necessary for using for simplification of installation. Unscrew three screws and remove a bimetallic casing. Move a casing aside, thus do not deform hoses of supply of cooling liquid and electroconducting of a heater of a zaslonka.
3. Shift the moving lever to the diaphragm block, pressing the adjusting screw before emergence notable сопротив the line and fix the lever in this situation.
4. Using a shaft of a drill of the corresponding diameter, measure a gap between the bottom party of an air zaslonka and a wall of the primary chamber (see fig. Moving adjustment, Use of a shaft of a drill for check of a gap of moving). The size of a gap should be equal to a small gap of a zaslonka of the moving, given in a technical characteristics.
5. If necessary establish a demanded gap, rotating the adjusting screw in the corresponding direction.
6. Shift the moving lever to the diaphragm block against the stop and fix it in this situation.
7. Using a drill shaft, measure a gap between the bottom party of a zaslonka and a wall of the primary chamber. The size of a gap should correspond to size of a big gap of a zaslonka of moving in a technical characteristics.
8. For adjustment of size of a gap rotate the adjusting screw in the corresponding direction.
9. Connect a bimetallic spring to the zaslonka lever, then establish a casing of a bimetallic spring on a casing of a zaslonka and fix screws, without tightening them it is final. Combine labels on a casing of a bimetallic spring and a casing of a zaslonka and an okonchatel but tighten fastening screws.
10. Establish the air chamber on the top part of the carburetor.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. At screwing up of the solenoid do not forget to screw also the grounding tire.
