8.15.1. A reception exhaust pipe on models with the SOHC engine

Flexible connection of a reception exhaust pipe on models with SOHC engines

Arrangement of an arm of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe on models with SOHC engines

Unscrewing of a bolt of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe to a final collector on models with SOHC engines

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On models with the catalyst remove a weight wire from the accumulator, then disconnect the electric socket of the sensor of the oxygen, located behind a broad tank.
2. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports or establish the car over a viewing hole.
3. Unscrew two bolts and disconnect a reception exhaust pipe from the exhaust silencer or the catalyst. Remove a sealing ring and springs (see fig. Flexible connection of a reception exhaust pipe on models with SOHC engines).
4. Unscrew a reception exhaust pipe from an arm on the block of cylinders (see fig. An arrangement of an arm of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe on models with SOHC engines).
5. Unscrew four bolts, fixing a reception exhaust pipe to a final collector and remove a reception exhaust pipe (see fig. Unscrewing of a bolt of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe to a final collector on models with SOHC engines). Remove the laying located between a collector and a reception exhaust pipe.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
2. Establish new laying between a reception exhaust pipe and a final collector. In flexible connection establish a new sealing ring. Tighten all bolts the demanded moment.
