Prevention
Leakages of liquid
• Used transmission liquid of usually dark color therefore do not mix leak mo-the even oil which drops can get on a transmission with transmission liquid.
• For definition of a source of leakage of transmission liquid clear a transmission case of pollution, using special means or steam. Make a control trip on small distance on small speed so that in the presence of leaks from a transmission the stream of air did not take down transmission liquid from a leak place. Lift the car or establish it over a viewing hole and define a leak place. The most probable places of leakages of liquid:
and - the oil pallet;
b-a pipe for щупа measurements of level of the transmission
liquids;
with - places of connection of pipes from the heat exchanger.
If transmission liquid has brown color or smells as ashes
• Transmission work with low level of transmission liquid. Thus it is necessary to replace transmission liquid.
Indistinct choice of transfers.
• Usually wrong choice of transfers is connected with the wrong adjustment of a cable of a choice of transfers. Also indistinct choice of transfers can be connected and with other problems:
and - start of the engine is made not in the position PARK or NEUTRAL of the lever of a choice of transfers;
b-on the display panel the established transfer is incorrectly highlighted;
with - movement of the car can occur in the position PARK or NEUTRAL of the lever of a choice of transfers;
d-unsystematic gear shifting.
The automatic transmission is not switched to lower of transfers at the pedal of an accelerator (KICK DOWN) pressed against the stop
• Level of transmission liquid in a transmission is lower than norm.
• The switching cable is incorrectly adjusted.
The engine is not started at installation of the lever of a choice of transfers to any situation or started in other provisions, except PARK or NEUTRAL
• Position of the switch of blocking of a starter is incorrectly adjusted.
• The switching cable is incorrectly adjusted.
The automatic transmission is switched by breakthroughs, slips or does not transfer a torque on all transfers
• The reasons can be much, but it is independently possible to check only and if necessary to finish to norm level of transmission liquid in a transmission.
