2.9.3. Connection of a transmission with the engine

1. Using tap М10х1,25 clear two openings in a body for fastening of the left rubber pillow of a transmission.
2. On models with an automatic transmission if from the hydrotransformer liquid flowed out, fill in it to a maximum level. For an exception of damage of a sealing ring of an entrance shaft of a transmission wipe the plug of the hydrotransformer and establish the hydrotransformer so that it correctly incorporated to shaft.
3. If transmission replacement was made, clear channels of an additional radiator of cooling of transmission liquid for what it is possible to use the compressed air under low pressure, but thus be careful not to deform a radiator.
4. Using tap М10х1,25 clear a carving in fastening openings гидротран a sformator and prepare new bolts of fastening.
5. Tighten nuts and bolts the demanded moment. At a tightening of bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer to a plate of a drive it is necessary to use the special extension piece see fig. Use of the special extension piece for a tightening of bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer).
6. If coupling is screwed by bolts on a flywheel, be careful, that the transmission did not hang on entrance to a shaft.
7. Establish a transmission on the engine and fix bolts, having tightened them the demanded moment.
8. Establish a protective cover of a case of coupling.
